Every solution we offer
is AI-native.

Not AI bolted on afterwards as an assistant. Intelligence is designed into the data model, the workflow and the interface from the first commit — and it is governed, so every model output is logged, explainable and overridable by a human.

What AI-native means at WantedX

AI-native by design

Intelligence in the architecture

Agents, forecasting, classification, routing and governed retrieval are part of the data model and the workflow — not a chat window bolted to the side of a legacy product.

Governed, not opaque

Human-in-the-loop by default

Every consequential model decision is logged, explainable and gated by human approval, with kill switches, evaluation dashboards and audit evidence exportable on demand.

Sovereign

Inference stays in-region

Model inference and data residency sit where your compliance obligations require them — a POPIA and GDPR position most global AI products cannot contract to.

What we can design in today

Five AI-native platform solutions.

Where one answers part of a requirement, it is designed into the response on merit. The catalogue grows as the ecosystem grows.

They share a deliberate engineering DNA, and it is the same standard we hold every ecosystem partner to: AI-native and governed · white-label from the first commit · no per-seat licensing anywhere in the stack · tenant isolation enforced at database row level rather than in the interface · in-region deployment for POPIA and GDPR data residency.

01 — Corporate treasury

CashMan

The white-label corporate cash management platform for banks, asset managers, fund administrators and treasury fintechs. One secure, real-time portal through which corporate treasurers manage every rand, dollar or euro of institutional cash — from consolidated balance visibility, through dual-control approval, to settlement — with the speed of a fintech and the controls of a transaction bank.

Banks Asset managers Fund administrators Treasury fintechs
What it does — tap any line for the detail behind it

Balances refresh continuously across every legal entity in the group. When an upstream core banking or registry system goes quiet, the portal keeps serving the last verified position with an explicit staleness marker rather than a blank screen.

The approval matrix is configured per tenant — thresholds, approver roles, cut-off times. Idempotency keys mean a retried instruction can never move the money twice.

The forecast projects balances forward from real transactional behaviour, and the sweep engine acts on it only inside hard monetary ceilings. Rules activate under two-stage dual control, default-deny.

Mandatory disclosure campaigns carry delivery receipts, so the institution can evidence that a client was notified — the artefact a regulator asks for first.

A published contract means a corporate treasury can wire its own ERP or TMS directly, without a bespoke integration project. Still rare among bank portals, and decisive in institutional procurement.

The audit log is hash-chained and anchored daily to immutable storage, so evidence of tampering is detectable rather than merely unlikely.

02 — Client relationship & CRM

Customer 360

An enterprise-grade, white-label client relationship platform for regulated financial services — built for data sovereignty, multi-jurisdiction compliance and real-world bandwidth. It replaces the per-seat CRM model outright: your software cost scales with infrastructure, not headcount, so every point of advisor productivity accrues to you rather than to a software vendor.

Regulated financial services Multi-jurisdiction No per-seat licence
What it does — tap any line for the detail behind it

Most CRM programmes claim a 360 view and deliver a shared contact list. Golden record resolves identity across source systems; governance and decision intelligence are what make the profile actionable.

Because the models and prompts are owned rather than licensed, there is no metered AI surcharge and no third-party processing of client data outside the region.

Growth stops being taxed. Add a hundred advisors and your software cost does not move — only infrastructure does.

Row-level security means a mis-scoped query returns nothing rather than another territory’s clients. Enforcement sits below the application, where it cannot be bypassed.

Three Southern African jurisdictions are already modelled end to end, including cross-border referral approval chains — evidence the configuration surface handles real regulatory diversity.

Server-rendered with progressive enhancement, so a branch on a 3G connection gets a usable page in under 1.5 seconds instead of a loading spinner.

03 — Talent acquisition

EmployMe

An AI-native recruitment platform built for the South African market. Employers here are not short of applicants — they are overwhelmed by them. Shortlisting, not sourcing, is the binding constraint. EmployMe answers it with five specialist AI agents that do the recruiting work, and a Control Room that makes that work trustworthy.

Five specialist agents POPIA s71 Employment Equity Act aware
What it does — tap any line for the detail behind it

The agents form a pipeline, and Act is deliberately the only one that can touch the outside world — and it always stops for a human first.

Culture and ethics compatibility is assessed with the same instrument on both sides, which is what makes the match explainable in both directions rather than a black-box score.

The Control Room is the answer to “what did the agent do, and why?” Policies are edited without a deployment, and any agent can be stopped instantly.

POPIA s71 gives a candidate the right to representation against an automated decision. That workflow is built in, not bolted on after a complaint.

The free CV audit gives job seekers value on day one — which is also the acquisition wedge that builds the candidate pool.

No quote-only bundles. An SME owner can post a job at 9pm without speaking to a salesperson.

04 — Software delivery

ESDLC Platform

The enterprise software development lifecycle, run by AI agents, delivered as a secure metered service. Teams are adopting AI coding agents at extraordinary speed and discovering that speed without engineering discipline produces unreviewed, undocumented, unmaintainable systems. ESDLC sells the missing discipline — invoked from inside the AI tools your developers already use.

12 agent roles Model Context Protocol Metered service
What it does — tap any line for the detail behind it

Each role has a defined artifact and a quality gate it must pass. The orchestrator halts the pipeline rather than letting a failed artifact flow downstream.

Up to three review cycles per story. Quality is measured and benchmarked, so the methodology improves from evidence rather than anecdote.

On this platform’s own build, adversarial review caught critical security and billing defects in six of eleven epics before release — including timing oracles and token-audience bypasses.

The platform built itself to 373 tests at 100% line coverage. The methodology is evidenced by its own delivery record.

Every MCP-capable client is a distribution channel at zero integration cost — the skills simply appear as native tools inside the developer’s existing workflow.

Customers use the skills but never possess them. That is what makes a prompt methodology licensable rather than copyable.

05 — Workforce experience

Employee Service-Hub

A single, intelligent front door for everything an employee needs from the organisation. Requests across HR, IT, finance and facilities are captured conversationally, routed automatically and resolved against a governed knowledge base — replacing the mailbox, the spreadsheet and the internal ticket sprawl.

Voice & text capture HRIS · ITSM · payroll Deflection analytics
What it does — tap any line for the detail behind it

An employee describes the problem in their own words; the hub classifies it, routes it and asks only for what is still missing.

SLA clocks start at capture rather than at first human touch, which is usually where the reported and actual response times diverge.

The hub reads authoritative data rather than asking employees to retype what the organisation already knows.

Answers are drawn from an approved knowledge base with citations, so a wrong answer is traceable to a wrong document rather than to a hallucination.

Deflection rate and cost-to-serve are the two numbers that justify the investment at renewal.
